No one contacted me to advise me on any progress . If I had not kept calling to inquire, I feel I wouldn't have been told a thing! When I called, I got a response, but feel I should not have to chase down the information about progress with repairs!

From the moment I walked in, until the time I picked up my car, everyone was AWESOME! Billy, Sam and Joe, I met on the day of my accident. Billy taped up my bumper for me, it was a mess. Sam and Joe were so nice to me and I was a wreck, no pun intended. Emily kept me updated on my vehicle every stage of the repair. She is amazing!!! Matt, I met on the day I picked up my car. Also so very nice. My car looked beautiful! I don’t think I have ever been in any establishment where everybody you meet is just so kind, considerate and outgoing. I just still talk about them. I’m going to miss seeing them. I didn’t get to say goodbye to Sam because she was on vacation. So please give her my best. Thank you all!!!!!
