There was one thing that bothered me that should be noted though… The day after I dropped off my vehicle, I realized I had left some belongings in my car that I needed to retrieve, so I went to the establishment and my car was parked out front, unlocked, and the keys were sitting on the front passenger seat. I figured someone just ran inside for a second but I stayed with the vehicle for about 20 minutes with the doors open and no one came out or noticed. So I emptied the contents of my personal items and left the vehicle as I found it. But it was concerning. I went back after they closed to make sure it wasn’t still there with the keys in it and it was gone.

Everyone at the business was excellent! They were helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work looks great! I couldn’t be more pleased with the appearance of the repairs! My only concern was that my rear sensors were on the fritz when I picked up the vehicle. They were beeping frantically when I put the car in reverse and then stopped abruptly and then started up again for no reason. However, it was raining and it could have just been the rain interfering with the sensors. I haven’t had any trouble since and they seem to work as they should now so I’m not overly concerned. I was most likely just the rain. I would recommend the company, they were excellent!

The quality of the work and repair was excellent and warrant a "10" but I rated it a "9" since it did take a full two weeks for the work to be completed which was about 5-7 days longer than we expected.
