Michelle and Annie greeted me like I was an old friend. The absolute best customer service! They took care of everything! Contacted my insurance company, rental car needs, explained all that was needed to repair my car, gave me a guestimate to prepare me for the worst-case scenario. Contacted me throughout the process with personal text messages and completed my car ahead of schedule! They took all the stress out of the process! On pickup my car looked brand new!! They are the best shop/team to work with if you need your vehicle repaired! They are professional, proficient, kind, and great at what they do! I am unable to thank the entire Community of the Auto Body team enough for all they did for me. I hope I will not need body work again but if I do.....you guys are the best in the business!! My vehicle sat in the Shop stripped for 5 days, waiting for approval from my insurance company for Additional repair estimate. I was not notified or given any update on my vehicle for more than six days. When I text and reached to Community Auto Body, they informed me that they were struggling to get an approval from my insurance company. I contacted my insurance company right away and they gave the approval within 24 hours. I was without my vehicle for close to a month, it should have been 3 weeks. Their communication needs improvement! My car looks beautiful, but I should have had it back 3-5 sooner, if they had communicated with me in a satisfactory manner.
