For having the vehicle for over 2 1/2 months and with a bill of 25K the truck should have come out perfect but instead things were put back wrong, mismatched clips everywhere, clips forgotten completely on some plastics under the hood, check engine light amongst other lights still on in the dash. Pretty much everywhere you guys touched has an issue and it’s just not a professional job that was done some really poor work.

The repairs took forever to be completed. Sometimes I was sent messages that were already sent to me about the status of completion, which caused me to question the validity of said messages. my rental car contract with my insurance company lapsed, and I had to pay out-of-pocket for the last week of my rental car and then top it all off when I received my car the repairs all looked good on the outside, we’re not 100% complete. My blinkers my wipers my brights and my windshield wiper fluid were not working. All of these things were working before my car was stolen now I am forced to take the car in on my day off rent a car out-of-pocket in order to get the things that I have already planned and obligated to do on my day off. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and I will never use this auto body shop ever again.
