My questions about part sourcing and my lease were not fully or clearly answered, I did bit receive any updates during the week between dropping my car off and picking it up even when it was ready on the day, it was supposed to be, and I called about it the day prior. Instead, I got a voicemail saying that the person who knew about it wasn’t available until Monday morning.

See my previous comments. My concerns were mainly about customer service rather than quality of repair. The only comment about quality of repair was the ambiguity about the parts used, and whether or not they would satisfy my lease.

Repair to driver’s door is perfect. I received a complete explanation of the issues and was updated on when the repairs would be completed. They also kept the rental car agency in the loop so I was able to leave the car to be picked up. Great service. Friendly people.
