I recently had my vehicle repaired at Complete Collision after it was hit, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. Their follow-up was consistent and professional, and they kept me updated every step of the way. Not only did they repair my car in record-breaking time, but they also went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning it—it was filthy when I dropped it off, and it looked like a brand new vehicle when I picked it up. I genuinely have no complaints. Hopefully I won’t need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I would absolutely return to Complete Collision without hesitation. Thank you for making a stressful situation so seamless!

Was satisfied with previous repair but this repair gave me cause for concern. Management had to inspect my vehicle before it was turned over to me and okayed the work.

Rejected initial repair. The restoration of my vehicle was totally poorly done. The hood and side panels had wide gaps indicating unprofessional craftsmanship. At time of pickup, I complained to management and manager agreed to redo. Also agreed to reimburse for additional cost of rental. Totally dissatisfied with repair.
