Mrs Aretha Mills referred me to you guys twice and you sent her nit even a appreciation gift. I'm nit happy with that. The receptionist reluctantly took her information but she seemed as tho nothing would be given her for her referrals. That's not right 😕

The body work was excellent they did a beautiful job however they inadvertently disconnected the touch sensor one entry door which was problematic for me. Went to my Lexus dealership and the discovered the problem. Needless to say I had to pay for the repair which was quite costly.

My experience with Complete Collision Care was great. From the estimate to the time I decided to proceed with the repairs. They were flexible with me needing to drop the car off, on a Friday, as I was leaving out of town, so they could move forward with repairs on Monday. My car was ready that next Thursday.
