The shop took a much longer time than they had led me to believe initially. I was being told repeatedly that I would receive regular updates but it wasn’t until the last few days that I had to call to ask for an update on my car that was still in reassembly (after the parts needed to complete repairs had arrived) for about an entire business week. When the hood was replaced the technician didn’t put it on evenly now I’m dealing with a space gap above my left headlight. I feel like I gave them my car for much longer than the repairs called for and even then it wasn’t done correctly.
