You guys provided a great experience from start to finish. Araceli at the front counter and made everything incredibly easy and worked with me to make sure my car was repaired within the timeframe. They promised, my car was even ready two days early. As a single parent who lives in the valley and works in the bay area, scheduling can be difficult, but you were very accommodating with my drop off and pick up times. I also received daily updates on my car progress, which gave me real peace of mind. Thank you for the great work and for getting me back on the road.

Was satisfied at first but later found that my passengers door doesn’t open from the inside when it use to work perfectly fine. The passenger side fog light doesn’t work and the car doesn’t have fender liners.
