I'm rating them at a good 8 for their work. Concept did a great job. Just initially, too many miscommunications between AAA & them regarding estimate. Which made me wait longer for my vehicle to be fixed & completed. Not to take away any effort from Concept's work. They did a great job and were quick to make it right!
