I initially chose Concord Auto Body because it was on the list of approved body shops for State Farm, and I felt comfortable taking my car there because they had so many good reviews. Our RAV4 came out looking nicer than when we dropped it off. Most of the damage to our car was not in plain sight, but our car was washed and some TLC had obviously been done that we had not discussed. What a group of pros.
