A special thanks to Heather for her diligent work of taking pictures of the many procedures and successful communication with our insurance company. All we owed on our car was the deductible! You all really care about your customers and did excellent work on our car. Thanks to Shelby for her caring and good communication skills. She answered all our questions thoroughly and we did not feel rushed. If (God forbid) we ever get in another wreck, we will head straight back to Concours Body Shop where we know there will be caring people who all take pride in their skillful work!

Along the process, Shelby kept us apprised of everything and it was great! We had to drive 6 hours only to find that the wrong wheel was put on and we were the ones that noticed it. Very disappointing as we have yet, another 6 hour trip to get that fixed.
