You gotta fix the credit card messaging, at the least, but really, how can I pay my bill w/out being charged an extra $100?

I understand that your 3% on CC fee is only recovering your costs of doing business, but your approach could use some massaging: I was told twice within no greater than 60 seconds that I would be charged an extra 3% for credit cards, I pulled out my checkbook and was told you don’t take checks either. Only cash or debit cards. I got about four words into explaining how debit cards are not a safe option for customers (it’s a thing; google it) and the guy totally FLIPPED OUT. I’m guessing I’m not the only person that’s tried to tell him that. Tell your customers that they’ll get 3% off for cash or debit card, anything…… But please don’t hammer it into our brain that we’re screwed, yet again, by our credit card companies. It’s not a “convenience” fee, it’s a “I don’t want random people to be able to break into my checking account and stealing ALL my $$” fee.

Painted the hood, replaced headlights and front turn signals. Excellent paint and work replacing the headlights, the hood is aligned perfectly. Could not have done a better job, thank you everyone at Concours.

I can’t recommend concourse due to the estimates of completion were so far off being way behind. and the job isnt actually done. I’ve received no update on when the badging will be completed.
