They broke a cover to one of the cargo tie down D- rings.

The inside of my pristine inner spare tire area, is now disgustingly filthy, boot prints on the sides of my new never been out spare tire. Jack and tools covered with body shop dust. The spare tire cover is filthy with body shop dust, hand prints covering it everywhere, they trashed my cargo area jeep brand floor mat, and now there are new scratches in the lift gate sill. I just washed it, wiped down everything to like new condition prior to dropping it off, and it had foot prints in body shop dust on the floor mats. Hand prints etc... all over. Body shop dust on the back seats, body shop dust everywhere, steering wheel, center control, seatbelts, shift knob, etc... I will not take my vehicle to them ever again. Total disregard for my vehicle in the way they treated it. It's going to take me several hours, if not days, of deep cleaning, to get it close to being the way it was before they touched it.

Concours Auto Body exceeded my expectations again. They had great communications with CSAA and myself. When I had an issue with something not working they gently pointed out the correct button to press. This is the 3rd time in 20 years I've had to get body work done and each has been exceptional.
