Everyone was very nice and knew what they were doing. Gave me a quote on the spot with no appointment. Got me in and out quickly when doing the work. Truck was cleaned inside and out, looked better than when I dropped it off. Professional outfit and would recommend.

Shelby was fantastic! She got everything approved through the insurance company. They paid everything she requested. I hope no one ever hits my car again but I would definitely come back to Concours if I needed to.

I feel that the auto notification doesn’t work well. It made me think my car was ready the next day. It was very confusing between that and what was really happening. .

The automatic reports were confusing. They would tell me the car was going to be ready but when I would call they would tell me it wasn’t ready. I tried to opt out, but it continued to send reports.
