I was happy with the feel of your body shop. It seemed like it could do quality work. You guys delivered quality work on our vehicle and you coordinated with Land Rover well. It was just the timing issue and the lack of foresight and efficiency.

The work seems to be well done. The communication was OK once we contacted and made some indication of our concerns and frustrations. Where we became really frustrated was the lack of planning and foresight on your end to secure parts in a timely fashion. We kept being told that you weren’t ready, but it was because parts had yet to be ordered. What turned into a two week time to work on the car turned into a full four weeks

Concours did an amazing job with the repair of my 2024 Toyota 4Runner! I appreciate that they used 100% OEM parts and they matched my original paint seamlessly! On top of the excellent job, they also tirelessly worked with the insurance company making sure they didn’t get away with any of the shenanigans they tried pulling from the start. Concours Auto Body are consummate pros in my book!

Everyone there is wonderful, but I really have to highlight Shelby. She is absolutely amazing, and she went above and beyond for me. I genuinely could not have been any happier with the care I received from this incredibly kind, capable woman. On top of that, the work done on my Jeep was excellent, as Concours’ work always is. My entire family and I have been coming to Concours for over 20 years, and the excellent quality of repairs plus people like Shelby are why we would never go anywhere else. You guys have fixed multiple vehicles of mine over the years, and I’ve never once been unhappy with the quality of your work.
