We are very satisfied with our vehicle repair Bob and his team were absolutely amazing every step of the way communicating with us regarding the plan for repairs and taking care of us every step of the way. Teresa was amazing her estimate and care with dealing with us very pleased with the whole process and we would go there again this is our second time using this shop and this is the only shop I choose when we unfortunately are in need of repairs. Highly recommend this shop time an time again !

An issue that has come up that I noticed when I picked up car. The passenger air bag light is on and my horn is not right which was not like that when I dropped it off for repair. Andrew took a look and said he'd get back to me about a resolution. That was two days ago. Left a message but no response yet. Don't want to be forgotten. That is unusual for Concours Elite. I have taken my vehicles in for repair a few times.
