Everything worked out great I was just thrown off a bit by how long I had to wait to get my truck in due to a lack of availability! But the staff was attentive, called me on updates and the work looks like the accident Never Happened!

My rep was great and responsive. There were issues with connecting my claim with the Ins company / payment system. The front staff was not very helpful most times; and once by phone I had to talk through a few times why I was asking sometihg... she didn't understand or listen well.
