A little more communication would be good. I was initially told about 5 days and I didn’t know that more damage had been found until I called my insurance company to inquire about my rental car. Overall, service was great though.

Car fix was great, customer service was terrible. This happened three times in a row: I was given an appointment for drop-off. I arranged for a ride, arrived on time, and was told by a very cold and uninterested front desk girl that I wasn’t in the system for that day and to come back on a different day (when again I was to be told I had no appointmen). I am easy going and understand mistakes—i had to cancel (ahead of time) twice during this process because of shoulder surgery. My main problem was that she never once said sorry, never smiled, never seemed to care, she just looked annoyed and angry and to be honest it really hurt my feelings, not to mention it annoyed the family/friends who I had asked to follow me there. Though everyone else was great, and the car fix was awesome, I can’t fathom coming back.
