These guys were highly professional from the very first call until the moment I picked up my car. My Tesla had minor exterior damage but required several internal parts to be replaced, and their proactive communication really stood out. They handled everything directly with my insurance company, keeping me updated only when necessary, which made the process effortless on my end. Of course, great service at the desk doesn’t mean much without excellent craftsmanship—but they delivered on that too. The care they put into the repairs was clear, and when I picked up my car it looked brand new. An impressive team, and I will absolutely trust them with my car again in the future.

Being in an accident is a stressful time, I greatly appreciate the patience the team took walking me through the process. The bumper looks awful. You guys were paid $2,700 and took over two weeks, but the bumper is covered in flaws including cracks. A painted OEM bumper can be ordered for $825, and it would look a hundred times better than the $2,700 cracked abomination on my car right now. I can't imagine another body shop that would even let something like that leave the garage to have their name associated with it, especially for that price. For what it's worth I thought the customer service was pretty good and appreciated all of the advice on how to deal with the insurance company, but in the end the insurance company did their part but this shop delivered a really awful product.
