Couldn’t have had a better experience bringing my car in for repair after an accident. The entire team (Tony, Francis, Allison, and Khanh) were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and patient helping me through the entire process. They made sure I got genuine oem parts put back on my BMW. The repair turned out great and my car looks good as new.

Excellent shop – highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs! They are knowledgeable, carry out top-quality work, and are fair, friendly, and easy to work with. Francis, Tony, Allison, and Khanh were all great. --Documented damage, provided a detailed estimate, and were very helpful in engaging with the other party's insurance company. (I used them for repairs after my car was hit.) They also coordinated with the rental company, making the process seamless. --Great communication: provided updates throughout the whole process – and quickly answered any questions I had. --Carried out the actual repairs with finesse. (Besides the structural repairs, their paintwork is very good.) --Didn't ever try to upsell me on anything – but when I asked them about carrying out additional work concurrently, they provided very thoughtful and balanced input (including what not to do). Acting on their input led to major improvements – the car looks vastly newer (and is structurally in great shape). --Cleaned my car thoroughly (basically detailed my car!) before returning it to me. --Stand by their work and their quality guarantees. When I had a follow-up question about my car (after I’d already taken delivery), they invited me to bring it back right then and there – and they resolved the question in minutes (but were clearly willing to spend more time if needed to make sure I was 100% satisfied).
