Very satisfied with the regular updates, quality of work, and communication. I was surprised by the final total, but understand how it got there seeing the estimate provided. I am eager to have things resolved with the insurance company regarding the gap between their supplemental estimate and total for repair work that was actually done. I'm very pleased the Conestoga team completed the work I got my car back way sooner than originally forecasted. Thanks for the good work and taking such good care of my vehicle.

My experience was great from beginning to end. I was given all possibilities of what the job could require along with the timeline of completion. During the process I was given updates on process. I was so happy to get my car back sooner than expected!! Allison was prompt on sending me updates, Francis was very helpful with updates also and Tony let me know that he was multi tasking to get it done, Khanh and the rest of the staff made it happen. My car looks GREAT!!! and runs very smoothly. They did an incredible job and I am thankful, I will definitely tell my friends and family about Conestoga Collision "hopefully they wont need it but if they do, your at the top of my list.
