Unfortunately my car was deemed "totaled" and didn't need repairs, but I was treated very well with the people at Conestoga and they were very helpful with insurance people, etc.

Conestoga collision did an amazing job on the repairs, as well they truly care about the customer satisfaction. Tony in specific really was helpful, very communicative and knowledgeable, also did everything he could to get this repair done asap.

I appreciated the communication from multiple people, including Tony and Francis. Job was done in a timely manner. The car was clean when it was returned to me and most importantly the damage was skillfully repaired. My only concern was when I picked up my car there was still some money owed on the car that I was told that I would not be responsible for and that it would be put to an arbitrator. I am still concerned that I still may hear something about this. I hope that doesn’t happen. Would recommend the repair shop for the work they do and the communication I received.
