The front office team of Tony, Vinnie and Khan are awesome! I had doubts and concerns, but they answered all of them clearly, kindly, and fully - AND explained their interactions with all involved parties firmly but graciously. The folks doing the repairs also did them to my full satisfaction. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I'll know I want their help.

Impeccable work/ craftsmanship and excellent customer service from everyone: Khanh, Max, Allison and the rest of their team included! From beginning to end this was the best auto body shop experience I have ever had. Everything was done in a timely manner with great communication along the way and 100% professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone!! I have a Tesla and not many places will work on them. They did, and they definitely exceeded my expectations!

I have nothing but great things to say about the team and the work done by Conestoga Collision! We brought our Toyota RAV4 to them after another body shop (recommended by insurance) completely botched repairs for a rear end collision. We worked with Tony, who went above and beyond to make sure we got our car fixed properly. He went to bat for us with our insurance, offered to remove the back bumper and perform an inspection free of charge, communicated clearly and promptly, and finished the repairs very quickly despite pushback from Geico. We can’t thank him enough! The staff that we worked with were courteous and friendly, and made a difficult situation easy to handle. We had absolute trust that Conestoga was repairing our car properly with attention to detail, which was very important to us after getting burned in the past. We will definitely be going back if we are ever in need of body work.

It took a week after the truck was complete before you released it to me, and I had to pay the $600+ discrepancy with insurance payments in order to finally get it. I’m happy with the repair work, but I am not happy that I had to take on the remaining risk to get the vehicle back or that it took so long to (not) resolve the discrepancies and I still had to take on the risk.
