Kevin was the service person in the Body Shop and he said the car was complete but there was dust and dirt and pop all over in the car when he said it was cleaned. There was also dirt in the paint after they had said it was completely cleaned through the detail shop. They were waiting on a tire for the car so you would think that he would have went through and looked at it when I got there. The car was outside and they did not bring it in so I could look at the vehicle before I picked it up. That to me is poor service. I had about 5 hours in cleaning the inside and about 2 hours wet sanding the paint and wheeling it out so if they would've brought the car in the shop and dried the car off I wouldn't have taken the car home until it was cleaned right.
