3 weeks to fix a $600 job. Lack of communication. Picked up the car and the car was damaged with wet spot paint in two different spots. No one had any idea what happened. Very dishonest damaging the car and trying to pass the car back to the owner. I will be contacting General Motors about my experience at Cook's.

Had no customer service. When I picked up the car I was handed the keys and I made the manager come out and look at the car. Unbeleivable.
