I HAD A 100 % VERY BEST EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! Owner, Vic, & Staff Members, Alfred, Jack, V, are amazing! All the other staff members are, too! They made me feel so important. As if I really mattered! Just like a Queen! These men are truly gentlemen! Extremely professional, efficient, nice, polite, classy & caring! Very warm personalities! Authentic, beautiful personalities & smiles! They genuinely take pride in their work, and it shows! My car looks absolutely perfect now! I will ONLY go to Cook’s Corner from now on. And I am so happy to refer anyone there, without any hesitation! They do the highest level of work! I feel so grateful & blessed to have found Cooks, and have taken my car THERE! I have been there twice already. Awesome experience each time! Exceptional work each time! Alfred at the front desk, just blows me away! So Incredibly Professional & Extremely Efficient! AND so very nice! I felt as if this man would literally take his shirt off his back, to help me anyway he possibly can! He made me feel at home, even though I was in an office environment. Vic also came over and sat down with me, and visited with me! What a lovely experience! I felt as if I was visiting a friends, in their living room! I had a great experience here! They provided excellent body shop repair!! They helped with the insurance part of it too!! They were very helpful from start to finish of my car. I would highly recommend this body shop to other people. Esta body shop mi ayudo mucho! Los dueños mandaron fotos a la aseguransa y mi dijeron cuando podía traer el caro para arreglar lo.
