Understanding that staff shortages played a roll in the timeliness of repair we were not kept up to date at all. We returned our rental the day of initial promised date based on conversation had only to wit another week for pickup

Was not notified about used parts going on prior to pickup when repair was completed. Repair took excessively long in my opinion after being pushed back 2 weeks from initial appointment.

The only thing I didn't like was the time I had to wait to schedule to get in. Then, it took 25 days for repair. However, that was also due to waiting on parts, plus Covid had everything backed up everywhere! Shout out to Mike Douglas that showed me through the process. He was great!
