They did a good repair of my bumper after my accident, just took a little longer than I expected to get back

The customer service could have been better. When asking for a pick up time they kept beating around the bush and not giving me a direct answer so I could take off work. Then when I they did finally call me to inform me my car would be ready the man on the phone asked if I was who I am 3 time and then spoke in a slow monotone voice taking 3 minutes to tell me when my car would be ready. It was ridiculous, all I had wanted to know was when I need off work and when my car would be ready.

Cooks, reworked my entire hood and blended paint into fenders. You cannot tell a difference. Gave me quality work, professionalism, and a fair price. I highly recommend.

The only thing is my husband is a car person and knows every detail of our vehicles. He noticed the left park light was cracked but stated there is no way to prove it but I just wanted to mention. He says the paint work is on point.

Once my car finally got fixed, the job was done well. where you need to improve is telling people it's only going to be a few days, and turn out to be weeks, I understand somethings are beyond your control, but the things that are in your control you should do, and see it from the customer side, think always is this how I want someone to treat me.
