Communication with staff was great from the estimation on my vehicle until I made the payment and picked up my car. I was given payment options to avoid extra cost for using a credit card. I was called when a part was going to cost more than original estimate to see if I wanted to proceed with that part or not have it fixed. At estimation, the woman answered my questions, was told when it could be done and how long it would take. I am very happy with the whole process. Thank you!
