They do nice work. I understand they are busy. We had to wait a month to drop the car off for one small dent. My issue was it took 2 weeks to get the car back. I could see the car sat outside and didn't move for 4 days through an App. On the 5th day it was moved. If they knew that they couldn't get to it for another week, they should have let us know to drop it on Friday rather than the Monday before. I really would have been irritated had we rented a loaner car for 4 extra days.
