They were very honest with me when they assessed my replacement hood. They advised it might not turn out great, and suggested I purchase a metal vs. a fiberglass hood. I appreciate their honesty.

Paid out of pocket. They replaced a $700 part of the grill that I specifically told them not to. The original had a chrome finish, the new one has a brown tint to it so now my car looks funny. Felt guilted into paying for part of it when it was their mistake. Also, they didn't replace my license plate bracket when I thought they were going to(that part wasn't specifically discussed, I just assumed they would since it was broken with the rest of my grille)
