I have a car I brought in for autobody work. Mell, is a great guy. He looked over the car and called be back and said it was a total lost. He could have ended the coversation at that point but he had me come inside to look at some pictures. He took the time to show and explain pictures of the car and why it was totaled. Then he followed me out to the car and offered to help be clean it out. This is a great shop!
