The thing i liked most during this stressful process of an accident was Gerber gave me almost daily updates on my car. Letting the whats going on factor out window. Everyone talked to or had contact with was very professional and kind. Ive worked in retail my whole life and i know the difficulties of customer service. My car was cleaned in and out after looking better or equal to what i had it before bringing in.
