Did not complete any work while they had my car. Everytime that I called for a status update was told all parts where in but they were behind and it would be another week. Last week, was told parts were not in and car needed to be towed to another body shop.

The reason I didn't select 10 is because I have to take my car back due to damage that happened while @ the shop.. But other then that I love the way my car looks when the work is finish. I love the ppl there. They take care of everyone that comes there.. 5 stars on the Customer Service and the Body work.

I called to obtain a quote regarding a repair unrelated to my insurance claim and no one ever got back with me about the quote. I figured I would get everything fixed at once. After about 4 days, I called back again regarding the quote and still no one had any information. It shouldn’t take 6-7 days to get a simple quote on a repair. Front office staff are not very friendly or accommodating. They did allow me to store my vehicle without additional cost as a result of being out town. I’m not a Georgia native and work here on business so I appreciated not having to pay additional charges for storage. My repairs were very good but good customer service/front office staff lacked for me.
