The repair was great the only reason I rated it a 5 is because my car was damaged by a piece of plywood that fell off of a construction person's truck on the property. The plywood scraped the paint off of my driver's side door and I was told it would be repaired and it was not upon pickup and my car was there a little over a month. The repairs they made were exceptional but when you make a promise and guarantee and don't follow through its disappointing
