Outstanding Job, beautiful! Drop it off, gave them the claim number and the only thing they said was "We'll take care of it" and they did!! They kept me up to date on the progress through email. When it was completed the check out process was less that 15 minutes and I was on my way. Shelly, and the whole crew were such a pleasure to work with.

The quality of service was fine. I just didn't think it should have taken 16 days on a repair that was slated for 3. I had to call ro get an update.

have not completed the repairs gave me the vehicle back with my horn not working and did not even check to see if the vehicle needed an alignment and it does

Took 4 weeks to fix my car, when only quoted 2! Car was not fixed when I got it back, had to send it back! I have it back now, & I still don't think it's fixed! Its reluctant to accelerate & sputters when I brake & sometimes when I accelerate! I'm not satisfied! The people were nice but I just want my baby (my car) to be fixed!

When I get my car back must see adjuster did not work and the cup in my armrest was gone I was told that they will take care of it but it's going on 2 1/2 weeks since I had my car no one has called me to have this problem resolved. I really would appreciate iif someone will call me to have this problem resolved

Didn't like how theyjust left mw outside not worrying how I'ma get home not taking the check I had or making payment plains on getting my car home. Don't have away to work because of this not taking my car back ever
