Core Collision was my choice amongst shops local to me that were on the insurance companies’ list of preferred shops. They had pretty good reviews, are a smaller shop without big corporate owners, so I decided on them. Lots of the bigger corporate chain shops wouldn’t touch my car since it was older than 2008. The other driver’s insurance company wanted to total my vehicle; but the people at Core Collision did a great job advocating for me, together we managed to get the repair costs covered by insurance, and no salvaged title for me. Many of the parts for my vehicle have been discontinued, so they had to use some real artistry to pull out my damaged quarter panel and massage it smooth and back into place. They did an AMAZING job, like nothing happened! They also kept me updated basically every day with progress; from ordering parts, to the repair process, to paint. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that needs body work done!

Both the office representative and mechanic provided clear communication. The service was completed very quickly and my car looks brand new on the exterior and interior. I am very happy with my service and I would come back to / recommend others to Core Collision Kyle in the future.

They were super friendly, communicative, efficient, fast and effective. I enjoyed being in good contact either them. They did a great repair in Les time than I expected. They helped with my car rental and had all my paperwork ready to sign. They explained everything and took their time with me and my car. They cleaned my interior and it looks brand new, not yo mention the exterior. I wanted to take my car to caliber collision initially due to prior experience either them but to be honest I’d bring it back to core collision every time in the future.
