Very easy. As a preferred provider Stillwater Motors took care of all communication with insurance, leveled up the claim, loaned me a car, and had the body repair work done a week sooner than we originally anticipated. Insurance company was also happy and paid directly to Stillwater Motor right away. This was painless as could be!!
