There were some bumps in the process but it was all staff communication - and I do understand these things happen - I'm just glad I didn't live too far from the shop. The repair itself looks great & I trust the repair will last the lifetime of the car!

I worked mostly with 2 employees: 1 male, 1 female. The *male* made a significant oversight which ended up creating inconvenience for me. There would have been an easy way for him to have extended a solution, but no.... If you make the mistake, you should at least offer up some sort of helpful solution. The woman I worked with was thorough.
