I still need to visually confirm the under the car repair work. Schedule was somewhat slow but not an issue since a loaner car was available. The loaner car had an engine oil leak which left some oil deposits on my 6 month old driveway.

Only reason I say none rather than 10 is that I need to get the car up in the air and look underneath to get an actual look at the repairs. Collision was not able to let me do this when I picked up my car.

It was very good. The one thing that bothered me was that I was told the inside of my car had been cleaned but the truth is no cleaning was done. Apparently some type of internal communication problem

I was very pleased with the work preformed. Got my truck back sooner than expected. Only downside is that this is my 2nd back window do to leaking which is very common with the silverado, therefore one would think chevrolet would cover some of the cost especially when I have the extended warranty. Other then that everything was great.
