I would tell people to run from this place. Especially women. I do not feel like my car would have been repaired so poorly if I was a man. Furthermore, I do not feel my clear disappointment upon seeing it was met with apology or action. Just “it is what is is.” I expected much better quality and service from my family’s go-to dealer.

My family and I have been longtime, loyal Chevy customers, but I have to say, I was extremely dissatisfied with the way my car was repaired. The job was sloppy to the point I could have done it myself and I would actually really appreciate it if someone would please follow up with me at 651-245-5007.

I will be back & you can clean up the back end & some paint that made its way to the interior as well. It’s not terrible but it shld have been taken care of. There is a scratch on the drivers front. I don’t remember it being there? Either way it wld have been nice if they wld have touched it up!
