My Experience

My experience was not great at all. Maybe all in part due to the insurance company but also the shop. Repairs took entirely too long to start. My vehicle was gone for almost a month. I was basically being told that I was lying about what I hit in the accident and what caused damage to my vehicle. The communication between the insurance company and the shop was nonexistent. I had to call the shop and then call the insurance company just for my vehicle to get started on being repaired. Then when all was done I was charged more than my deductible without being told I was going to be charged extra for partial payment on a tire. This is one experience I hope to never have to deal with again.

Overall I will be bringing my vehicles back for any repairs and referring family and friends. The good employees I came in counter with is the reason I'll request to deal with them and keep it moving.

The customer service varies with different staff members. One staff member delivered excellent customer service and other associate customer service was not up to par. Seem as if she didn't want to be bothered or had other things to tend to.

My Experience

I am very big on customer service and being treated like I matter. My first impression at Corzav was that I mattered. Starting with the receptionist. She tried to put me at ease, assuring me that they could take care of my car. The updates I received on the different stages of progress put my mind at ease. I knew I was in good hands. But what really impressed me was the manager. He went beyond his duties for me. I got stuck in Atlanta traffic and he stayed after hours for me to get my car. He explained everything that was done as we inspected my car. It was hot outside but he did not get annoyed or frustrated with my questions. That's what I call customer service. I will happily recomm end Corzav to anyone needing collision work. Thanks to everyone that had a hand in repairing my car to make it look brand new.
