The turnaround time for the repair was really good. I was visiting from out of town and hit a deer. They got me in quick and restored my car to new. I can’t thank them enough.

It's as I expected. The new paint doesn't quite match the 16 year old paint on the car, but it's very close, acceptable...

If the team work together to standard consistently, Corzav's would be more effective.

Paint work was not satisfactory. Items that should have been painted was missed. Details were not spotted in QC phase.

I explicitly told them about the IID device that’s installed in my car. I went over how to use it with them. I gave them the telephone number for the company that is in charge of it. They called and spoke to them and were told that they couldn’t disconnect it or turn it off. And instead of listening, they decided to completely disconnect my battery while they did the repairs as to not have to deal with the device installed in my car, which caused me to have to sit in your parking lot for three hours waiting on a tow Truck and I had to go and pay to get the device calibrated since it was locked out. I went over multiple times about the device and that it was court ordered and that it was unable to be turned off or removed. If they were unable to do it or were that unfamiliar with the device that they didn’t feel comfortable working on it they had every opportunity to tell me and I could’ve taken it to a different shop, I went out of my way to go and pick up extra connectors for them to use and have them dropped off but they decided it best to disconnect the battery the whole time my car was there. So instead I had to pay for a tow truck and I had to pay to have the device reprogrammed, even though I had done everything correctly ahead of time by notifying the company about the maintenance and that it would be in the shop. I’m very disappointed with the service and I wish at any point someone would’ve reached out to me and explained the situation, prior to me coming to pick up my car only to realize it wouldn’t crank and having to sit in the heat for three hours while I figured it out.
