I was kept informed everyday about progress. Latonia was exceptional. We went over my car top to bottom before releasing my car and didn’t worry about rental car. They made sure about their demeanor the whole time!

Everyone was customer oriented. Kept me informed with daily reports and sometimes two. All i had to do when it was ready was drop off the rental car and get mine. They took care of the rental car.

I liked the way they kept me informed along the way with what was going on with my car. I did not have to wonder. I was pleasantly impressed with the work that was done on my car. Once I got home and looked closer at the work, I was even more blown away because work was done that I hadn’t expected to be done. They did a great job on Gracie! They extended her usage by a few more years! Thank you for a job well done!!
