I was notified twice by text that the car was ready for p/u. When I arrived to p/u...not ready. They kept telling me 15 mins...10 mins...5 mins....pulling around now. Made.me late for an appt due due not being able communicate properly. Work was good bid not appreciate the hassle and runaround at the end.
