It was a wonderful experience. I was greeted with community love. The reception was very patient with me. And answered all my questions. She made me feel right at home. One of the staff walked me outside, and asked where was the damage on the vehicle. They gave me an estimate time of repairs. And they asked did I need a rental car. My daughter came and picked me up. They communicated with me during the repair job. They sent me text and emails of the different phases my car was in, until completion. I’m satisfied, and highly recommend their services. :-)

Forgot my rim bolt covers. Not a great job on the right step Requested to have the entire van buffed and detailed and was willing to pay extra for that. Never happened. Every other shop ive ever been to washes the entire vehicle and gives it back looking shinynand new. Not the case on this one.

Asked to have w small area of fiberglass repaired on the right step as it had damage from muffler blowing on it. Was only a flat 4” section. I can do It myself and im not a pro but apparently your shop could only make excuses as to why it couldn’t be done. Not crafty
