The crew and staff were very good about giving me a status on the part that was needed and timeline for repair. It was only toward the end of the process that Communication stumbled a bit.

I was asked on Tuesday if I could pick my car up after 4:30. I said no im at work. I asked how early could I come to get it Wednesday morning. Lametrius told me 8. He said he wanted to wash it. My car had been there almost 4 months. I was super excited about getting my car back. I arrived at 9 ready to get my car. Sasha asked me if Geico had sent me any money. I Said no are they supposed to? She said the only thing you are responsible for today is your 500 deductible. Sasha said they will drive the car around for you. I stood outside for 20 minutes before Sasha handed me the phone. It was Lametrius, he stated Geico hasn't come to inspect the vehicle yet. I asked how long would that take. He said they were in the area. I said should I call Geico because I need to get to work. He said that fine if you want to. I went back to my son's car and called Geico. Geico hasn't received any paperwork on the supplemental cost. I asked what is she saying. I said so my car is still not ready. Courtney said that is not how it works. She wanted to speak with them to find out what was going on and why would they tell me my car ready. By this time I'm super annoyed. Lametrius claims he tried calling me to tell me not to come. I got in the car. A gentleman came out and said I was going to let you take your car but we can't find the keys. I said this is unbelievable. He was trying to apologize. I said forget everything and left. I was so tired of asking why I can't get my car. This was the worse experience I've ever had picking my car up. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else
