Great rear bumper repair and paint finish. Correction. I, Lawrence T. Johnson am the owner of the Honda Civic. Not my wife Olivia Johnson. She is the primary insurance carrier. I tried explaining this at my initial meeting but apparently the staff did not get this detail down. (Not a major problem though) Disappointed that passenger side was not done. Learned from you business that that damage from accident was not approved by insurance company . (Not Carsav’s Collisions fault). But wish this had need communicated to me and I may have been able to contact insurance company again. I spoke with about this additional damage the day I brought in my vehicle for initial inspection and a staff member was present. Also called into your company to provide an estimate for front number a couple times. Did not receive until the day the car was ready when we came to pick it up. Overall, pleased with your work, frequent updates on my vehicles progress, and your customer service.

There was a communication issue with the estimater and what I wanted to be repaired. The damage was clearly marked on the vehicle but was not repaired because the estimater failed to put it in the original estimate. At the very least I should have been called and asked if I needed it repaired.
