I have no issue with the body work itself. Because of the lack of communication from multiple individuals I will not recommend. I really should have read the reviews. I visited multiple shops before deciding on this one.

This is could have been higher. Not sure if the office promised more than the shop would do. I was told no problem they could work something small into the repair. When I followed up on it I received an email thread with the shop saying they couldn't do it. The reason made no sense as I had already personally performed this task prior.

I would have appreciated someone walk around car with me when picking it up. Better customer service. Was just given my keys and signed the paperwork.

The repair was great but the timing was a little long.

The repair was awesome but had an issue with the wait time. We had to wait a week for “detailing” but are unsure of what that exactly was.

Had to return after giving my vehicle to me because they didn’t finish the job. Then when picking my car up the 2nd time it has rubbing compound all over it, wasn’t even washed off.

They were polite and did address all issues. Vehicles need a final inspection before being released to customers. Mine definitely didn’t get one, on either trip
